You may want to cut out some cardboard to keep the inside of the mouth flat as you stuff it. If you do, use the mouth as a template. Cut out a circle that is about ¼ inch smaller then the mouth and then cut it into half. Place cardboard in mouth and begin to sew the mouth to the head, matching the corners of the mouth. Stuff and shape head as you go. When finished take a length of yarn, secure at one end of mouth and weave between the stitches just above the mouth/head seam. When you reach the other corner, tighten the yarn. The head/mouth seam will fold under into the mouth. To the same with the other half of the mouth.

Fold the tooth in half and sew closed. The upper jaw will have three teeth and the lower jaw will have four teeth. Begin sewing the center tooth on the upper jaw. From there you can alternate between the upper and lower jaws as you sew the other teeth on. Keep the teeth spaced evenly apart as you sew them on.

Finish: Cut two circles out of white for eyes. Use black marker to draw two small pupils in center of eyes. Sew or glue on. Embroider four small shapes on pot with sage. Two on front side, two on back. Embroider four shapes on top of head with sage. See picture for shape and placement of shapes.
