Bronzor

My son dropped koolaid on my keyboard, so I will not be able to add the pattern today. Have to use the mouse with the on screen keyboard, just to type this. But, I do have a few pictures.......

Heres the pattern..........



Materials: crochet hook, light blue yarn, medium blue yarn, black and yellow felt or yarn for eyes, 2 cardboard or plastic circles (approx. 6 ½ “ diameter)


Body front: (join rounds)
With medium blue, 6 sc in magic circle (6)
Row 1: sc in each sc around (12)
Row 2: sc next sc, 2 sc next sc, around (18)
Row 3: sc next 2 sc. 2 sc next sc, around (24)
Row 4: sc next 3 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (30)
Row 5: sc next 4 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (36)
Row 6: sc next 5 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (42)
Row 7: sc next 6 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (48)
Row 8: sc next 7 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (54)
Change to light blue
Row 9: sc next 8 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (60)
Row 10: sc next 9 sc, 2 sc next sc, around (66)

Measure inside diameter of your back or front and adjust the diameter of the circles accordingly. Place your first circle inside body front, stuff lightly and place second circle over stuffing. Sew the back to the front.


Balls: (make 6)
With medium blue, 6 sc in magic circle (6)
Row 1: 2 sc in each sc across (12)
Row 2: sc next sc, 2 sc next sc, across (18)
Row 3: sc next 2 sc, 2 sc next sc, across (24)
Row 4: sc in each sc around (24)
Row 5: sc next 2 sc, decrease over next 2 sc, around (18)
Row 6: sc next sc, decrease over next 2 sc, around (12)
Begin stuffing.
Row 7: decrease over next 2 sc around (6)
Weave tail between sc and pull closed.


Sew one ball to top of Bronsor, one to the bottom and two on each of his sides.


Nose:
With light blue, 6 sc in magic circle (6)
Row 1: 2 sc in each sc across (12)
Row 2: sc next sc, 2 sc next sc, across (18)
Row 3: sc next 2 sc, 2 sc next sc, across (24)
Row 4: sc next 2 sc, decrease over next 2 sc, around (18)

Stuff and sew to center of face.


Face balls: (make 4)
With light blue, 4 sc in magic circle (4)
Row 1: 2 sc in each sc around (8)

Using light blue yarn embroider a circle between rows 6 and 7. Sew two face ball on line at top and two on the line at bottom. See picture for placement.


Finish:
Cut two ovals out of yellow felt for eyes and two thinner ovals out of black for pupils. Sew to face on line between the face balls. Turn Bronsor over and embroider his “leave” on his back with light blue yarn. Be careful to align the “leave” up and down with his face.
